Ehlanzeni District Municipality invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified suppliers for the provision of high-quality laptops to enhance our operational efficiency and support our digital transformation initiatives. The scope of the tender includes the supply, delivery, and installation of laptops with the following specifications: Intel Core i7 or higher processors, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 15.6-inch Full HD display, and pre-installed with the latest version of Windows 11 Professional.

The laptops should also include essential accessories such as carrying cases, docking stations, and wireless mice. Suppliers must demonstrate their capability to provide comprehensive after-sales support, including warranty services, technical support, and maintenance for a minimum period of three years. The tender documents, which include detailed specifications, terms, and conditions, can be obtained from our procurement office or downloaded from our official website. Interested suppliers are required to submit their bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender for Provision of Laptops" to the address provided in the tender documents by 30 May 2025.

Late submissions will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 19 May 2025 to address any queries from potential bidders. Ehlanzeni District Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
